Our Team

Stephen has 30 years’ experience in the profession and Co-Founded the firm in 1998. He spent much of his early career working for national and international estate agencies, returning to his native East Midlands and rising to partner in charge of the local residential department of a national firm. As Co-Founder of King West, Stephen set out to create an estate agency that focused on exceptional service, professionalism, and ensuring the smoothest possible route through the sales purchase of a property. Appointed as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with whom he is a Registered Valuer, he has acted as an expert in a number of complex legal cases. When he has time, his extracurricular activities include tennis and skiing.

A co-owner of the firm with extensive experience of negotiation, a proven track record of deal completion and experience in the sale of town and country property across a broad spectrum. Tom studied Land Management at the University of Reading, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001. Following a career in Finance as a stockbroker in London and America, Tom made the decision to move back to his rural roots and property once more. Having originally joined King West in Market Harborough, Tom moved to run the Stamford Office in January 2018 where he is based primarily. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, golf, running and equestrian pursuits.

Lyndon joined the King West team in Market Harborough with a depth of local knowledge and interest in residential house sales. Lyndon has a wealth of experience matching the right property with its potential owner. Having started his career in Leicestershire, his experience covers time spent working in the Warwickshire and West Midlands markets. Lyndon has been at the Market Harborough office since 2021 and offers a high level of service and professionalism. Away from the office, Lyndon is a keen cyclist, enjoys motorsport, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Jessica joined King West having worked within the property industry in both Commercial and Residential agency for 17 years, previously covering the West Midlands, Northamptonshire, and Leicestershire. Jessica studied Property, Agency & Surveying at University, and brings a wealth of experience and diversity to the team. When not in the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and is currently renovating their new home in Northamptonshire.

Lois joined the King West team in Stamford with a deep-rooted knowledge and interest in property and an exceptional track record in residential property sales. Lois has extensive experience in appraising property and matching the right property with its new owner. Having started her career in Lincolnshire in 2007, specialising in country homes and town houses, Lois has been based in Stamford since 2013 and has built up a fantastic knowledge of local property and the area. When not in the office or out an about on appointments, Lois enjoys sampling the local areas many delightful restaurants, and coffee shops, and loves going on long countryside walks.

With nearly 40 years’ of experience as a Registered Valuer, Andrew has represented a range of corporate, public sector and private landowner clients in the identification, valuation and disposal of development land for a range of users including residential, retail, industrial, distribution and leisure.
Based in Market Harborough, Andrew has been significantly involved in the expansion of towns such as Northampton, Daventry and Milton Keynes.

Zoë Harrison has returned to the King West Land Management Team in 2025, after twenty years away having qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004 whilst with King West. Since her time with us, she has worked for national firms such as Strutt and Parker and Carter Jonas, where she held Estate Management roles, Savills, valuing Leisure Businesses, across the UK and abroad, together with holiday development sites internationally. She has provided services in-house to high-net-worth families, managing their traditional Country Estates and family offices managing their Residential and Commercial property portfolios. She is an RICS Registered Valuer and is able to offer a wide service of valuations for Inheritance Tax, Accounting and Tax Purposes.

James comes from a long-established family farming background and graduated in 2014 from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management. James undertakes a wide variety of professional work primarily in rural Estate and Farm Management. His experience and knowledge enable him to provide useful and effective general agricultural advice to his clients and to act as an expert within the team. James is also a RICS Registered Valuer, able to deliver credible and high-quality reports. He is committed to openness and transparency throughout his areas of specialism.

Trained as a product designer, I began my career working across Scandinavia, Germany and Italy, designing children’s playgrounds and retail interiors. I later joined my family property business, where I was involved in renovating and managing residential rental properties and HMOs, gaining hands-on experience in property management and lettings. This led to me working independently with agencies across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire as an advisor and viewing agent, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process. I now help lead the lettings and property management department at King West, where no two days are the same.

Lorna is an experienced administrator with a varied background spanning events, local government, education and the private sector. After beginning her career organising conferences and events across the UK, she moved into administrative roles where she developed a reputation for helping to keep busy teams organised and operations running smoothly. Based in Market Harborough, she has a good understanding of the local area and community.

Catherine joined King West in 2021 as Country House Sales Administrator. Catherine’s background in the legal profession means she brings a wealth of experience both in customer service and administration. Previously working for Solicitor practices in the Northamptonshire area and focusing largely within conveyancing departments, Catherine has a broad understanding of the vendor’s journey from placing their property on the market right through to completion.

Having grown up in Stamford, Ellie is very familiar with the many beautiful towns and villages in the surrounding area and returned after gaining experience within the property industry in Marylebone, London. During this time, she developed a keen understanding of the industry and the importance of delivering excellent client service. Ellie is the first point of contact for all enquiries at the Stamford office, assisting the team and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office. She endeavours to build strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive the best possible experience. Outside of the office, Ellie enjoys travelling, discovering new food spots, and spending time with friends and family.

Julie joined King West as Finance Manager in 2023, having spent over 17 years in a similar role with the largest independent multi-site residential agency on the Isle of Wight. Julie began her finance career in the Market Harborough area, she and her husband had two children whilst living here over 20 years ago. Julie brings a wealth of experience to the support team of King West. In her spare time, Julie enjoys travelling, cooking and looking after her two dogs.
