We have recently completed on our dream family home which we found through King West. We originally viewed the home last year but was not in a position to proceed, however after we sold our home early this year we found our dream home had still not sold and we were able to proceed! From viewings and taking us around even though we hadn’t even listed ours yet, meant they were happy to go the extra mile and understood we weren’t just “browsing”. We were intro’d too during the process to the architect Jonathan who were working with as well at the moment and they were extremely knowledgeable about the house, the area, the listed status and the sellers which was reassuring.

King West sold our house at a difficult time in the market and after a couple of failures with other agents who promised the earth but did not deliver. King West were realistic from the outset and obtained viewings that ultimately resulted in a successful sale. They have a traditional and a sympathetic approach to stressed vendors and we were guided skilfully through the process by Tom, Lois and Jess who were always available for assistance when needed and kept us up to date of the process.
