Start to finish excellent. Buying via them was a doddle in what can be a fraught experience.
From viewings and taking us around even though we hadn’t even listed ours yet, meant they were happy to go the extra mile and understood we weren’t just “browsing”. We were intro’d too during the process to the architect Jonathan who were working with as well at the moment and they were extremely knowledgeable about the house, the area, the listed status and the sellers which was reassuring.
Great service and the whole team did great.
