Our sale took longer than we had all anticipated - but that was due to market conditions. However Lois and the team were proactive and steadfast in supporting our aim to move south. When we secured a buyer - the process was extremely smooth and stress free. We would highly recommend King West!

A big Thank you to all the Stamford King West team. Ours was not the easiest house to sell. They have a real understanding of older and listed properties which made a difference when marketing ours. Jenny wrote an informative and sympathetic description. Jess kept us in touch about all the viewings and feedback. Lois is a star. Wonderful from start to finish. She was always available on the phone or email. She was realistic when viewings did not turn into offers but came up with advice and solutions. She made sure that things were kept on track for exchange and completion over the Festive period. We would highly recommend.

Very professional service by the team in Stamford. Excellent communication and support selling our property. Lois supported us through the process and we can’t thank her enough. Our property also had land. & they had the experience with this type of property. Would 100% recommend King West.

Thanks to Lois for her professional support selling my house. I have got a new appreciation for the challenges that Estate Agents face in completing a house sale. Lois went above and beyond my expectations to provide quick and efficient assistance to resolve the issues that arose during the sales process.
